Reloading Strategy

A gun switching from a mag that is not full to a full mag takes time. You don’t want to get caught reloading in the middle of a fight in a tight area with someone, as this could make you a sitting duck.

The best practice is to make sure all guns are reloaded before ever entering a fight. Once in a fight and needing to reload, box up in a material other than wood and reload to stay protected long enough to reload.

If playing in a Zero Build (ZB) mode, try to duck behind an object for protection while reloading.

If playing with a teammate, call out that you are reloading so that your teammate can provide cover or other support during your reload.

If you’re in a critical fight and can’t take the time to reload, consider changing weapons instead.
